根據(jù)甘肅省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳《關(guān)于下達〈2021年甘肅省工程建設(shè)標準及標準設(shè)計編制項目計劃〉（第一批）的通知》（甘建標〔2021〕185號)的要求，標準編制組在調(diào)查研究，總結(jié)實踐經(jīng)驗，在參考有關(guān)技術(shù)資料及廣泛征求意見的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合甘肅省土壤情況、氣候特點等，為園林綠化施工項目管理提供技術(shù)依據(jù)，促進園林綠化工程建設(shè)標準化、規(guī)范化、程序化，制定本標準。

According to the requirements of Gansu Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development's "Notice on Issuing the 2021 Gansu Provincial Engineering Construction Standards and Standard Design and Compilation Project Plan (First Batch)" (Ganjianbiao [2021] No. 185), the standards compilation team is investigating Research, sum up practical experience, on the basis of referring to relevant technical materials and soliciting opinions widely, combined with the soil conditions and climate characteristics of Gansu Province, provide technical basis for the management of landscaping construction projects, and promote the standardization, standardization and procedure of landscaping project construction , to formulate this standard. 

本標準共分13章,主要技術(shù)內(nèi)容是：1.總則；2.術(shù)語;3.施工準備;4.綠化種植工程;5.大樹移植工程;6.立體綠化工程;7.地面鋪裝工程;8.假山、疊石、置石工程;9.園林水系工程;10.雨水收集回用工程;11.園林其他工程；12.安全與文明施工;13.工程質(zhì)量驗收。本標準由甘肅省工程建設(shè)標準管理辦公室負責(zé)管理，甘肅建投生態(tài)建設(shè)集團有限公司負責(zé)具體技術(shù)內(nèi)容的解釋。

由甘肅建投生態(tài)建設(shè)集團有限公司主編的甘肅省地方標準《園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)標準》（DB62/T 3220 -2022）正式發(fā)布實施。此項《標準》的發(fā)布意義深遠，預(yù)示著我省的園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)即將邁入新的征程。

Recently, the local standard of Gansu Province, "Technical Standards for Landscaping Engineering Construction" (DB62/T 3220-2022), edited by Gansu Jiantou Ecological Construction Group Co., Ltd., was officially released and implemented. 《園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)標準》共分13章，主要內(nèi)容是依據(jù)甘肅省土壤情況、氣候特點等實際情況，對甘肅省轄區(qū)內(nèi)新建、改建、擴建的各類公園綠地、防護綠地、附屬綠地等綠化工程施工項目管理提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。規(guī)定了園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)質(zhì)量的施工方法、質(zhì)量標準。提出了園林綠化工程施工現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量管理和質(zhì)量控制要求，制度出了園林綠化工程施工質(zhì)量驗收中子單位和子分部工程的劃分標準，分類匯總了甘肅省常見適生園林綠化植物，內(nèi)容廣泛而齊全，具有先進性和實際可操作性。

過程

《園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)標準》從2021年6月16日接到甘肅省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳批準立項到2022年4月14日通過甘肅省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳、甘肅省市場監(jiān)督管理局聯(lián)合發(fā)布公告批準為甘肅省地方標準以來，歷時近一年的時間里，經(jīng)過預(yù)研、立項、起草、征求意見、批準等階段，公司各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、牽頭部門和編制組成員都付出了艱辛努力，貢獻了智慧和心血。該《標準》先后歷經(jīng)3次由生態(tài)建設(shè)公司組織的專家評審，3次由甘肅省住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)廳標準辦公室組織的審查，最終獲批發(fā)布并印刷出版，于2022年7月1日起實施。

生態(tài)建設(shè)公司主導(dǎo)的《園林綠化工程施工技術(shù)標準》編制工作，是主動承擔(dān)了作為國營企業(yè)的社會責(zé)任，該《標準》的實施不僅彌補了目前甘肅省有關(guān)園林綠化工程缺乏綠化施工技術(shù)標準的空白，還進一步規(guī)范了甘肅省園林綠化企業(yè)的施工行為，為甘肅省園林綠化施工項目管理提供技術(shù)依據(jù)。對促進甘肅省園林綠化工程建設(shè)標準化、規(guī)范化、程序化發(fā)展具有積極意義。今后，生態(tài)建設(shè)公司將繼續(xù)認真貫徹黨中央、國務(wù)院、省、市及集團公司關(guān)于推進科技創(chuàng)新的決策部署，全面落實創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，在生態(tài)治理、環(huán)境治理、綠色礦山產(chǎn)業(yè)、經(jīng)濟林、儲備林建設(shè)等相關(guān)施工領(lǐng)域積極探索制定施工技術(shù)標準、規(guī)程，全力打造科技創(chuàng)新型生態(tài)環(huán)保企業(yè)。
